- 2 Large bunches of Asparagus
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees. Trim tougher end from asparagus. Toss asparagus with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until desired tenderness. Serve immediately.
