Garlicky Sautéed Kale
Of all the super healthy greens, kale is the king. It is definitely one of the healthiest and most nutritious plant foods in existence. Kale is loaded with all sorts of beneficial compounds… some of which have powerful medicinal properties.
Adding kale to your diet is relatively simple. You can simply add it to your salads or use it in recipes. As well, you can make a crunchy and super healthy snack in the form of kale chips…where you drizzle some extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil on your kale, add some salt and then bake in an oven until dry.
You can also add kale to your smoothies in order to boost the nutritional value. At the end of the day, kale is definitely one of the healthiest and most nutritious foods on the planet.

Yields: 2 Servings
- 10 oz package organic pre-washed baby kale
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add kale. Using salad thongs, toss and turn the kale until wilted but not soggy. Remove and serve immediately.
