Yields: 3-4 Servings
- 1 pound Fresh Green Beans, ends & strings removed and beans washed
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced or crushed
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Prepare beans and preheat skillet on medium-high heat. When skillet is hot, add the garlic and sauté for 30-40 seconds. Add Beans and toss in the hot oil for about 3-5 minutes according to the desired tenderness you prefer.
